ACRES Co-operation Open Days July 10th -July 14th
Only one open day last Friday, a very successful trip to Rathanna, Co. Carlow where the team got to meet over 70 local farmers, a very positive engagement and a great introduction for the team to local farming community. Elsewhere, over 1,000 ha of commonage were assessed by team members in the Knockmealdown Mountains and in the Slieve Aughties.
The week ahead will be very busy with nine open days planned all across the country along with continuing commonage assessments in the Slieve Aughties.
