ACRES Updates
Work on the production of maps for ACRES Co-operation participants is almost finished. Work on the maps for farmers in ACRES Leinster and ACRES Munster South Connacht is complete, ACRES Breifne is 95% done, we expect to have it finished before the end of the week.
The next step is to deliver the training on habitat assessment to farm advisors. Our colleagues in ACRES West Connacht have delivered the first course. Our team in ACRES Breifne will run our first course in Co. Leitrim tomorrow. Between now and mid June we will run 11 courses for advisors in Co.’s Wicklow, Carlow, Tipperary, Kerry, Galway and Clare. Almost all of these are now fully subscribed.
