All three Co-operation teams are part of a single company. While each area has its own locally based team, we work together. We support each other to provide a service to farmers and local communities across the twenty counties that we operate in. Through our team, farmers and advisors have access to the support of a wide range of expertise including agricultural scientists, ecologists, archaeologists, data analysts and remote sensing experts. Each team has access not only to the skills of its own staff but also to those of a dedicated technical support unit. Administration is centralised allowing the local teams to focus on delivering for their areas.

The ACRES Munster / South Connacht and ACRES Leinster teams are led by Padraig Cronin of the Hen Harrier Project. ACRES Breifne is led by Dr. Caroline Sullivan, formerly Asst. Project Manager with the Hen Harrier Project. Most of the management team have years of experience in the Hen Harrier Project, where they demonstrated that a large scale results-based approach operating at a landscape scale was workable.

The teams are based in four offices located in Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim, Oranmore, Co. Galway, Tralee, Co. Kerry and Blessington, Co. Wicklow.

All of our staff carry ID cards which they will produce on request. Company vehicles are clearly marked and private cars used for work purposes will have a company sign on the dashboard when parked up. We depend on local communities and our staff are always available to help explain any aspect of the ACRES Scheme.
